My name is Bill Ryan and welcome to my website.

I live in Querrin, near Kilkee, Co. Clare and have fished and hiked the West Clare area since childhood.

I have extensive knowledge of the local shore, rock, pier and estuary marks as well as nature/hiking trails.

 I am the holder of over 50 Irish Specimen Fish Awards.

 In 2007 was the captor of 3 Specimen Ballan Wrasse all caught in West Clare including the heaviest Specimen Ballan Wrasse caught in Ireland of 5lbs.9ozs.

 Many of these fish were caught locally including Trigger Fish and a record Painted Ray of 14lbs.

 I have featured in several articles in Sea Angler magazine.
